Selena Gomez is out with a new video for "Who Says", with Chris Applebaum as the director. The music video is a take on Selena's free spirit and sees the young artist escaping from a photo shoot and stripping to a more casual dress to party on the beach with her band, The Scenes.
In an interview with Ryan Seacrest she said, "I've always tried to make my fans feel like I'm just like them, because I am. I'm going through everything they're going through, that's why I love this song."
