Whitney Houston's Daughter Ends Engagement, Crashes Car
I think most people who care will breathe a sigh of relief over the fact that Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, and adopted son, Nick Gordon, have ended their engagement.
Of course, it couldn’t just have been a normal breakup, either. The drama unfolded on Twitter as it does all too often these days. Gordon originally wrote a message indicating that he and his adopted sister were simply “close” and “not engaged or dating.”
It doesn’t seem like the 19-year-old was happy with him for broadcasting that to the world and, among other messages, tweeted: "Who do I trust in this world? Pfft well that's easy beezie, #Myself, No1 will kno's me like ME&They'd rather not take thtchance2knoME, &2me."
Apparently, the real action was captured for their show, The Houstons: On Our Own, with one of the producers zooming in on the drama by replying to Gordon’s breakup tweet with: "@nickgordon @realbkbrown watch to see how it all unfolds on #TheHoustons on @lifetimetv."
It’s unclear, as of yet, what exactly happened but as this drama was unfolding, Bobbi Kristina was involved in a car crash that could have been absolutely fatal. She was driving on Wednesday when her car left the road and traveled down a wooded embankment, hitting trees along the way.
The police describe the damage to the vehicle as “moderate,” and, fortunately, Bobbi was uninjured and was found standing beside the vehicle. She was issued a traffic citation for “failure to maintain lane” and later tweeted: "My#PersonalGuardianAngel•• thankumom•miss&loveumre u'lleverkno. NotAScratch&ok ••• Wow,PraiseGod. @nickdgordon ••• #SeriousChangeswithinME."
Let’s hope she does see this an opportunity to make some positive changes in her life.
