The Carpal Tunnel of Love is the second single by the band Fall Out Boy from Infinity on High. The song was added on iTunes for download as a single despite "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race", the first single from the album, not being a digital single. This song has now been released on multiple digital download websites. It debuted at the Billboard Hot 100 chart at #81.

On February 5, 2007, The music video was made available on Fall Out Boy's website. The video follows characters from Happy Tree Friends and the band appears as a group of Bears. Most characters are violently hurt or killed by the end of the video.
