Team StarKid Announce Apocalyptour

Team StarKid, founded by Glee star Darren Criss, have announced their new tour, APOCALYPTOUR.

The musical theatre troupe will perform May 9 in their home-base in Chicago and then hit the road through June.

Beside Criss's rise, the group is most famous for their Harry Potter parody, A Very Potter Musical. The video quickly went viral on YouTube (earning a spot on Entertainment Weekly's "The 10 Best Viral Videos of 2009" list), and they've continued to build their fan base ever since.

Their follow-up to A Very Potter Musical, Me and My Dick, debuted at #11 on Billboard's Top Cast Albums Chart, and they produced a sequel Harry Potter parody, A Very Potter Sequel. They also released A Very StarKid Album in 2010, which peaked at #14 on the iTunes Pop Charts.

Their new musical, Holy Musical B@man!, based on DC Universe's Batman, will premiere online April 13th at 8 PM CST.
