Snoop Dogg Caught with Pot in Norway
Snoop Dogg, who is known for his appreciation of marijuana, was detained in Norway.
Here’s a bit of news that I’m sure will astound you – Snoop Dogg was caught with marijuana and a large amount of cash (gasp!). No one would ever guess that the man would have either of those things!
All kidding aside, the rapper was briefly detained in Norway, though the reports have not been confirmed by custom officials, after the pot and money were detected by a sniffer dog as he entered the country.
How much money? No dollar amount was given but it was, apparently, over the limit that Norwegian law allows.
Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, has been arrested in the past for the possession of marijuana. Just earlier this year he faced a minor drug charge in Texas after border agents say they found several joints on his tour bus.
He is in Norway to perform at the musical festival in the southern town of Kristiansand.
