"Single Ladies" Video Review

"Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" is an upbeat dance anthem that's basically the polar opposite of the more restrained, melancholy "If I Were A Boy."

On "Single Ladies," Beyonce reminds all the women out there that if their man hasn't made a serious commitment to the relationship, then he can't get mad if she wants to do her own thing: "If you liked it, then you shoulda put a ring on it."

The video shows Beyonce dancing with two women wearing high heels and short black sexy gowns which show off their long leg figures.

this is lovely

there is a fine line between grinding in a slutty way and actually getting the dancey beautyful side of it through. Beyonce and her dancers have really worked this routine out, the shapes and the positioning is perfect. Being somewhat a dancer and an artist myself, I can tell you these routines are nothing but easy. Try to squat a bit with your legs apart and do the hip circles she does. If you do it like her, you need to be excerxising regularly to last through more than ten.
