Shakira 'Addicted To You' Music Video
Shakira has just released the music video for "Addicted to You", the fifth single off her third bilingual album Sale el Sol.
The clip begins with Shakira in a steamy bath, shaded by sheer drapes. The beat begins with drums and music and a harmony to introduce the song.
From here, scenes of Shakira dressed in various tight, short costumes are seen, with the Colombian beauty dancing in time with the beat as she playfully walks and moves through a village or just around the house.
Fans will notice that she is sporting a new hairstyle, giving her a great new look.
Much of the song is sung in Spanish, befitting the Latin uptempo beat of the track. She moves around the area showing scenes of the village and countryside, and suddenly she reverts to English as she sings, "I'm addicted to you".
The song continues - back in Spanish - as she moves more around the area and switches back to English again. It's a track with an infectious beat. Who cares what language is used? The single is great listening pleasure that just grabs you to get moving.
While the song may say little more than "I'm addicted to you", the music and the Flamenco-type beat will get anyone moving. It's got to become a favourite where movement is needed, and people have to get on with the job. Maybe at the end of the morning tea break? Maybe at the gym to get those bodies pumping?
