Selena Gomez Talks About Justin Bieber Baby Lawsuit Being Dropped On Ellen
Singer and ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ actress Selena Gomez addressed the Justin Bieber baby lawsuit, which has been officially dropped, on Ellen this past Thursday. Appearing on the DeGeneres’ talk show, the girlfriend of Bieber shared that it’s all been difficult, but now that the whole media mess is over things are good.
“What a crazy last two weeks it’s been in the news,” Ellen stated, before asking of Gomez has been ok throughout all of accusations and rumors."You've been alright?"
“To say the least,” Selena Gomez said with a small smile. “I have been [alright.]”
“It’s good to just kind of…be good,” Selena added. “It’s not easy.”
A short lived disaster, the woman’s claims had Bieber’s camp ready to go. "We’ve said from the beginning, it’s sad that someone would fabricate such a malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claim. We’ll continue to consider all of our options to protect Justin.” Things have since cooled down, with Yeater’s lawyers reportedly looking to settle out of court according to the Washington Post.
Selena Gomez was also met with talk regarding Justin Bieber’s pants by Ellen. “I think you can tell him to pull his pants up,” DeGeneres said jokingly. “I really can’t,” Gomez shared. The singer also stuck around to perform her song, ‘Love You Like a Love Song’, on the talk show.
In other news, the nineteen year old is also dealing with her own legal issues. After seeking a restraining order against a dangerous stalker, a judge dropped criminal charges against the man. The order is however said to be intact, with the man, Thomas Brodnicki, now in a psychiatric hold, per TMZ.
