Rihanna Happy To Perform At 2012 MTV Video Music Awards

Rihanna will be performing at this year’s 2012 MTV Video Music Awards it has been announced.  The singer, who has been catching a lot of slack in recent times for showing her love towards Chris Brown, tweeted her happiness over the upcoming event.  “@DreezyOnHer: OMG!! RIHANNA’S GONNA BE PERFORMING AT THE VMAs!!!!!” PHUCK YES I WILLLL!!! JUST FOR MY NAVY!!!!”

Not only will Rihanna hit the stage, the ‘Battleship’ actress may be collaborating with both Chris Brown and Drake, Hollywood Life is speculating.  The two will reportedly put their differences aside for the sake of Rihanna and her performance at the annual event.  Per an anonymous source, “It’s all business and Chris wants [Rihanna] to be successful and on top of her game – always. He got mad love for her, and if she and [Drake] win, of course [he's going to] support Rihanna because she’s on the track.”

Adding, “He’s hoping she wins…He wants nothing but the best for that girl.”  The 2012 MTV VMA’s will take place on September 6^th and will also feature musical performances by Green Day, Pink, Alicia Keys and One Direction.
