Pregnant Adele Due in September

The world was so surprised to learn that Adele was pregnant when the British phenomenon made the announcement on her website (her site promptly crashed from the influx of traffic!) and, incredibly, she has shocked us again with the due date – this September!  That’s just a couple months from now!  It’s incredible that she’s that far along and was able to keep it a secret all this time!

One insider explained that the songstress has gone through a lot to maintain her privacy: "Adele has barely left the house in recent months, so she could keep this to herself for as long as possible."

It makes sense now, when you think about it.  She didn’t even attend the Billboard Awards this past May even though she ended up winning 12 awards!  It’s amazing that, rather than go and enjoy that experience, she chose to stay home and keep the pregnancy a secret but, I guess, everyone has their own journey. 

The 24-year-old star is rumored to be preparing for a proposal from her 38-year-old boyfriend, Simon Konecki, the father of her baby, but you know, even she has a song that warns against listening to rumors!  The pair began dating just this past January.
