Patrick Carney's Taunts Justin Bieber Some More

"The Black Keys" drummer Patrick Carney's feud with pop superstar Justin Bieber is set to intensify as the former has done some more stuff on Twitter to mock the latter.

The blues rock musician recently changed his Twitter display image and name to Justin Bieber (although he has since changed it back) and passed some sarcastic comments that made him enemy number one among The Beliebers.

His profile on the micro-blogging website read: "official Twitter for the actual verified Justin Bieber DOS virtual buddy."

As expected, his stunt resulted in him receiving a plethora of abuses from the legion of Bieber's fans but instead of being frightened by them, Carney kept on hitting back and seemed to be enjoying the banter.

In response to a message "Die... Just DIE," the 32-year-old drummer, who is a seven-time Grammy winner, said: "I will and so will you one day. it's kinda scary to think about isn't it?"

Another upset fan of the teenage heartthrob said: "do you even know how stupid and immature u look doing this. arent u like fifty?"

"it's really sad how ugly old and pathetic you are. You have to pretend to be Justin just to feel good about your self," another one said.

After several skirmishes with the "Baby" singer's followers, the "Lonely Boy" hitmaker changed his profile description to: "official twitter for the actual verified Patrick Carney (formerly Justin Bieber). Drummer in the Black Keys. Pet Groomer. "

This whole episode of acrimony between the two stars started at the Grammys when Carney told the press that Bieber doesn't deserve to win an award at the prestigious event.

"He's rich, right? Grammy's are for music, not for money. He's making a lot of money. He should be happy, I guess," Carney said.

In return, Bieber tweeted: "the black keys drummer should be slapped around haha."
