Nicki Minaj is the most recent artist to repackage her latest album with extras and then schedule a re-release. Joining the ranks of artists like Katy Perry (Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection), Rihanna (with Good Girl Gone Bad), and David Guetta (who recently announced a digital-only re-release of Nothing But the Beat), Minaj revealed at the MTV Video Music Awards that Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded is hitting stores a second time around in November.

Minaj’s re-released second album will be called Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded: The Re-Up. Long name aside, the re-release is expected to feature additional tracks, one of which will debut next week. Minaj released a series of non-album singles prior to Roman Reloaded, like “Roman in Moscow,” but there’s no word yet whether or not the repackaged album will include these. She explained: "I'm releasing my album in November. It's called 'Pink Friday Roman Reloaded: The Re-Up' and I'm putting lots of new songs on there. I'm actually going to drop my new single next week. So Barbz, you are going to spaz, you are going to love it, you are going to go crazy."

At the VMAs, Minaj took home a Moonman for Best Female Video for “Starships.” For this award, she competed against Perry, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, and Beyonce. Additionally, in recent weeks, she debuted the latest Pink Friday, original version, single: “I Am Your Leader.” The video, with Minaj in a green wig, featured Rick Ross and Cam’ron.
