"No one prepares you for success, it's overwhelming. You're a jerk at first and all those things. But more interesting to me, and much more challenging, was the slide back down. It's like being dumped out of an airplane, you hit the ground. Hard."
Following the September release of Bush's first independently released album, "The Sea Of Memories," the alt rock quartet became the first band ever to hit number one at American Alternative Radio with a self-released single. The song, "The Sound Of Winter" is the first single from "Sea Of Memories," which was released via the band's own Zuma Rock Records. It also marked Bush's first number one single since their final hit of the last century, 1999's "The Chemicals Between Us."[…] Read more »
Multitalented songstress, Beyoncé Knowles has graced us with the music video for her single “Party”, which features rapper J. Cole. The song is from of her album, 4, and originally features Andre 3000. It samples Doug E. Fresh and MC Ricky D’s 1985 tune, “La Di Da Di”, so if you’re in the mood for funky flashback jams, this song should do the job.
This is the fifth music video to be released off of her latest album following “Run the World (Girls)”, “Best Thing I Never Had”, “Love on Top” and “Countdown”. Beyoncé took a hiatus from music making in 2010, saying she needed to take the time to focus on life. This album also marks the singer’s first record since her professional separation from her former manager and father, Mathew Knowles. […] Read more »
In a recent interview with News.Com, Kings of Leon’s drummer Nathan Followill has decided to clear up some of those awful rumors, setting the record straight when it comes to the band’s possible break up and their time off.
After cancelling and postponing several tour dates this year so that Nathan could undergo surgery and recuperate after tearing his right labrum and bicep, the drummer has now revealed that he’s back on his game. “I still use it as an excuse for my horrible golf game, but other than that I'm back to 100 per cent. I couldn't make it one more tour without getting that surgery.”[…] Read more »
The music video for Bumpin' Bumpin' has just surfaced. The track, released earlier this year, is another rap from the "way out there" artist Kreayshawn. Never sure what to expect from this 21-year-old singer, all that can be said is that again it is unexpected.
The clip begins with Kreayshawn loudly talking into a mobile phone, asking if she can spend the night at a friend's house. However it seems that the reception is very poor as she shouts into the phone, "…Hello?", "… Can you hear me, bitch?"
In true irony, the "Gucci Gucci" star is dressed to the nines, adorned with gigantic earrings and wearing very flashy clothes. […] Read more »

Aerosmith frontman, Steven Tyler, has always been associated with energetic performances and on-stage leaps and kicks that seem to defy gravity. Over the past couple of years, however, he seems to be having trouble just staying upright.
Back in 2009, Tyler had to be airlifted to a hospital after he fell off a stage in South Dakota. It took a while for him to fully recover but by the time he reported for duty as a new judge on American Idol, he seemed to be in great shape.
Unfortunately, while on tour in Paraguay, Tyler reportedly contracted food poisoning which caused him to take a fall in the shower in his hotel room. The 63-year-old singer suffered cuts and bruises to his face and even lost two teeth in the accident. […] Read more »
