R&B sensation The Weeknd has been relatively silent throughout most of 2014. The singer who came up with his own self-produced and released albums, put out under Trilogy in 2012, returned this week with new track “Often.”
Announced with a tweet on June 24, the song’s both a typical turn for the Canadian-born singer, as well as a routine exercise in R&B lyrics. Hear the new track on his Soundcloud page.
At the same time the new track dropped, a tour with SchoolBoy Q and Jhené Aiko was announced for the fall. […] Read more »
Frank Ocean’s a relatively private person, down to his life and the music he makes. Therefore, it’s not surprising he’s revealed scant details about his sophomore album, expected to drop sometime over the next year.
However, a source came forward to BuzzFeed this week to provide an extremely pertinent update. While we still don’t know when Ocean’s next album will come out or what it will be titled, the source stated that the “Super Rich Kids” singer recently fired his management and publicist – all to put his career in a new direction.

Prior to that, his last full-length studio album was 1995's Young Blood.[…] Read more »
