Brick & Lace are two sisters (biological sisters, not just sista-sisters), whose real names are Nyanda and Nailah Thorbourne. Nyanda, 26, and Nailah, 24, were born to a Jamaican father and an American mother and were raised predominantly in Kingston, Jamaica. The girls, who are proteges of the hip-hop singer Akon, are scheduled to release their debut album, Love Is Wicked, on Konvict/Geffen Records sometime in May, 2007.
