Top selling solo artist Simon Webbe kicks off 2007 in true style with his stunning new single “My Soul Pleads For You”, released 5th February through Innocent Records.

“My Soul Pleads For You” is a delicate ballad about love from a different perspective. Simon says: “It’s an emotional song about a girl who’s the love of your life, and you put her on a pedestal”.

The track combines heartfelt lyrics with acoustic guitars, beautiful strings and Simon’s now trademark smooth harmonies. Simon adds that technically it was a hard track to record because he was singing at the top of his register, “I had to get into the zone to do that one.”
