Sophie Ellis Bextor - Me and My Imagination Song Review
Me And My Imagination" is Sophie Ellis-Bextor's second single from her third album, Trip the Light Fantastic.
The song will arrive digitally on May 7th, followed by the CD release on May 14th.
The song was recorded and co-written with Matt Prime with renowned British writer Hannah Robinson.
In a video webcast in February 2007, Sophie Ellis-Bextor was asked if Sophie Muller would be directing the video for Me And My Imagination, however Muller had broken her ankle and was unable to although it seems likely she had been first choice. Nourizadeh Nima filmed the videoclip in West London. Sophie said in an interview that "The video`s kind of like a musical. It`s daylight in the verses and in the chorus it`s night and I`m dancing with neon lights".
Work on the video happened over March 12th and 13th, with video rehearsals on the 12th and actually filming on the 13th.
The video premiered on the 6th of April.
