"Take a Bow" is a song written by R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo with Stargate and recorded by pop singer Rihanna. Added to a re-released version of Good Girl Gone Bad, the song was the fifth single from that album.
The premise of the song is based around a female's point of view as her boyfriend is attempting to apologize. The female sarcastically responds to her boyfriend for being "very entertaining" and "take a bow".
Despite the soft tone, the song is considered to be tongue-in-cheek.
