Her lyrical style is observational, a little tongue-in-cheek, coupled with a knack for capturing sparkling indie-pop hooks all of her own. 'Rock 'N' Roll' is an advertisement to how Remi's independent attitude carries her through life. A long suffering rock fan, Remi regularly had to deal with being wound-up by her bashment-loving cousins over her musical tastes and this comes as a personal statement written out of frustration.
