Oasis - The Masterplan Song Review
Oasis have revealed the stunning video for `The Masterplan`, the second video to be taken from their `collectors` EP - released on November 13th. The EP features `The Masterplan` and another one of their classic B Sides and widely regarded as `the greatest single that never was`, `Acquiesce`. The Stop The Clocks EP is a preview from the first ever Oasis `Best Of` of the same name, released on 20th November.
`The Masterplan` video was directed by Ben and Greg, who first found fame with Soho Rushes Award nominated short for The Streets "When You Wasn`t Famous" (Prof Green remix) this year. This animated film sees Oasis transported into a stunning world based entirely on the paintings of legendary northern artist L.S Lowry, including subtle modern day twists and detailing. The video was made with the Lowry estate`s blessing and is a faithful representation of the artist`s world of industrial Salford in the post war years.
