Lauren Alaina 'Georgia Peaches' Music Video

Lauren Alaina has just released the music video for Georgia Peaches, the second single off her debut album - Wildflower. As a runner-up in the tenth season of American Idol, Lauren is obviously one highly talented singer and performer.

In this music video, Lauren goes to a restaurant with some of her girlfriends. The setting is not unlike the diner in Happy Days, the TV series of the 1970s. As they walk through the door, Lauren and her company  immediately catch the attention of the waitress at the counter, as well as the all the young guys sitting at a table nearby. Five gorgeous young ladies - this is exactly what the young guys have been sitting there waiting for. Smiles are all around.

This is one fun-loving video. Lauren Alaina sings with a country twang, and moves with an elegant walk. She said, "I kind of have to learn how to sassy walk, they don't like redneck walkin'. I just have to shake my booty a little bit, I guess." Talking about the song, she commented, "The song just spoke to me when I heard it. I felt like I could have written it myself. I am a proud Georgia Peach!" 

She goes to the juke box, and of course selects her song "Georgia Peaches". Immediately everyone joins in, moving in time with the song. The song spreads happiness throughout - the waitress moves her hips in time with the music, while the cleaner pushes his broom in line with the beat. Even the other patrons in the diner are rocking and moving in time with the song as they go about their business.

Further on, the cleaner shows off his clever footwork as he dances to the tune when he "sweeps" the floor. Soon everyone is up on their feet, rocking and moving to the beat in a really well choreographed sequence.
