Lana Del Rey Announces North American Tour to Promote Album ‘Ultraviolence’
Lana Del Rey’s sophomore release, titled Ultraviolence, is expected to hit stores on May 1. But before the release officially comes out, she’ll start a North American trek that begins in the South, goes through the Northeast, and ends up on the West Coast.
The tour dates were announced this week – not long after Del Rey revealed the Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach is producing the follow-up to Born to Die. Through Instagram, the singer gave fans the news with a picture of them in the studio together.
Although the singer born Lizzy Grant had once said she might not put out a sophomore release, the news spilled earlier this year. An official announcement came out during the Hollywood premiere for short film Tropico, and during a taped encounter with fans, she accidentally revealed more details.
