Lady Gaga Reportedly Makes Music Video with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Lady Gaga’s previously expressed how much she likes the Real Housewives shows, and now according to a report from Us Weekly, she has included them in her upcoming music video.
The actual track, likely from album ARTPOP, isn’t known yet, but a source came forward to the magazine to mention the Beverly Hills stars made a video with Gaga after their cast reunion.
The magazine further pointed out Gaga’s affinity for the television show. She once told Andy Cohen: "I really like Karent [Sierra, formerly of RHOM], because everybody hates her because she's gorgeous. And then I also love Nene [Leakes], 'cause she's just really real. And Kandi [Burruss] 'cause the girl's written a lot of great hit songs."
She follows that with: "[I also like] Lisa Vanderpump. Mostly because she doesn't give any f--ks."
While a sequel has been rumored, ARTPOP came out in November last year, led by single “Applause” in August. Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin made the video for the song. Although Gaga polled fans about her next single, the track settled on as a follow-up was “Do What U Want,” which features R. Kelly. A version with Christina Aguilera came out after a successful performance on The Voice.
Out of all her albums, ARTPOP is considered the least successful, although it debuted on the Billboard 200 with 258,000 copies sold its first week. Second-week sales fell to 46,000, but then went up around Black Friday.
