Kenny G And Wife To Divorce

Jazz artist Kenny G and his wife of twenty years are headed for divorce.  Per reports from AceShowbiz, the fifty-five year old musician and Lyndie Benson-Gorelick are calling it quits, citing irreconcilable differences.  Kenny G’s soon to be ex wife was the one to file separation papers first per Huffington Post, and several other sources.  Perez Hilton has stated otherwise, reporting that the two filed on the same day.

News has spread that the Mrs. Gorelick, who paid a visit to the Los Angeles Superior courthouse,  has hired on the help of Gary Fishbein, a lawyer who has assisted other celebrities like rocker Nikki Sixx, and Gabriel Aubry, the ex of Halle Berry who has been in the news recently for violent behavior.

Meanwhile Kenny G, whose real name is Kenneth Gorelick, has hired on attorney Laura Wasser, who has previously represented actress Angelina Jolie and Toxic singer Britney Spears.  Rumored to be worth anywhere from $40-$50 million after selling millions of records, Kenny shares two children with Lyndie.

The two were married back in 1992.  It was not disclosed whether the two are parting ways mutually, or if fans will be in for some wild headlines once the divorce is underway.

Kenny G is widely known after rising to fame in the late 80’s.  Some of his greatest hits include songs such as Midnight Motion, Songbird, At Last, and more.  He recently appeared in Katy Perry’s music video for Last Friday Night.
