Justin Bieber Takes on Paparazzi, Files Harrassment Complaint

It is hard to be a teenage pop stars in a time when high power lenses and camera phones can capture your every move.  Actually, it can be a challenge for any famous person so imagine how ill-equipped a young star might be to handle this sort of attention.

This past week, all kinds of rumors were swirling about Justin Bieber and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez.  Bieber is already a sought-after celeb so when news broke that the pair might have broken up, the paparazzi went crazy.

Unfortunately, it looks like their pursuit led to Bieber being pulled over and given a citation for reckless driving since he was caught doing more than 100mph in his Fisker Karma on the Los Angeles 101 Freeway late last week.

His explanation, at the time, was that he was being tailed by multiple paparazzi and now the Canadian sensation has taken his complaint a step further – he has filed a harassment complaint.  Funny enough, the one that Bieber focused on in particular was in close proximity when the police took the singer’s statement so they didn’t have to go too far to give him a warning.

Hopefully, they will give Bieber some space since it’s not safe for anyone to be engaging in a high speed chase and for what, exactly?  A few pictures that will be worthless a few hours later?  Something needs to be done about the paps!
