Justin Bieber "Not Cool" With Mom Dating

It can be tough for kids to watch their parents date which is something one of the world’s biggest pop stars is beginning to understand first-hand. 

Last month, Justin Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette, released a memoir detailing the unspeakable sexual abuse she suffered in her childhood as well as her battle with drugs and alcohol leading up to her unplanned teen pregnancy.  When the relationship with her son’s father deteriorated, she vowed to not date until he turned 18 and she has kept that promise.

Now, she seems ready to return to the land of the living and has even gone on a date with recently divorced Bachelor host, Chris Harrison (they were set up by Ryan Seacrest!). 

Of the date, Biebs said: "They both came to my show, but I'm pretty sure they came separate. I'm still not cool with it, but I guess I'm going to have to be."

This is a bit of a joke, isn’t it?  With all of the things he’s out there doing, doesn’t he think it might be a bit tough for his mother to watch him frolicking with a scantily clad Selena Gomez on the beach?  She’s a grown woman who has sacrificed almost two decades of her adulthood to give her son a step-father free environment.  Surely, he thinks she deserves to have a relationship too?
