JoJo's New Album Inspired By Fifty Shades Of Grey
After surprising her fan base with her new song ‘Demonstrate’, JoJo has shared that the inspiration behind her creativity for her forthcoming album ‘Jumping Trains’ is the book series Fifty Shades of Grey from writer E L James.
"I will say reading Fifty Shades of Grey kind of inspires me, it inspired my work. It's some freaky sh*t! I love it! There might be something on this album inspired by Fifty Shades," she shared per Digital Spy.
A fan of the risqué series that has caught on like wildfire, JoJo says she approves of the book and its storyline that has caused controversy for its pornographic content. "I think it's a really cool thing for women. It's making people realize that a lot of people's minds are in the gutter, I guess, and it's just bringing sexuality to the forefront. I'm cool with it. I think it's great."
Right now JoJo’s ‘Jumping Trains’ is said to be "taking new shape" and is "halfway" done according to the 21-year old. As far as a release date? Fans will have to wait and see. The singer isn’t sure just yet. "It really doesn't matter to me. I just want it to be right, we want to the set up to be right. So I'm not sure if it's the end of the year or early next year."
