"It's Alright, It's Ok" Video Review
"It's Alright, It's OK" is the first single from the upcoming second studio album "Guilty Pleasure" by American pop singer Ashley Tisdale.
The song was written by top songwriter/producer Joacim Persson, Niclas Molinder and produced by Swedish music production team Twin along with Lori Feldman and Tom Whalley.
The song is a spunky break-up anthem about being single and in control of your life for the first time.— "I love break-up songs," Tisdale admits during the press release of the single. She described the song as a message she wanted to get across the other girls.
The music video was shot on March 24, 2009 in a Beverly Hills mansion. Directed by Scott Speer, the video features Hairspray star Brittany Snow and 90210 star, Adam Gregory, as Tisdale's ex-boyfriend who cheats on her. The video is all about getting revenge on a guy who cheats on Tisdale.
The 23-year-old singer said about the video, "The entire concept is that my boyfriend cheats on me and for revenge I go back to his house. I let a lot of people in, taking pictures with them...with all these hot guys. The bridge part is me rocking out in the pool, it’s a big powerful anthem song. He comes home with the girl he was cheating on me with and he sees his place is a mess and all these pictures with these guys. It’s pretty cool, really fun."
