Is Kelly Osbourne Engaged to Hunky Beau Matthew Mosshart?

Kelly Osbourne is engaged to marry her model beau Matthew Mosshart, according to the latest round of celebrity gossips.

"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been. Her career is going well, and she’s in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy," a source close to the multitalented Brit reportedly told US Weekly.

Not only is the 28-year-old star very happy with the engagement but she is also very excited about her forthcoming wedding, the publication's unnamed insider claims.

Osbourne, who was also in the news late last year due to her significantly improved figure– she had shed an amazing 60 pounds – has been in a relationship with her husband-to-be for more than a year now. They first met each other at super model Kate Moss' wedding ceremony and have been inseparable even since. It is believed that she got proposed by her hunky fiancé sometimes before Christmas.

They were also spotted together at the wedding of Osbourne's younger brother Jack back in October. Talking about her budding love with Mosshart at that time, she said: "I couldn't believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could. But I'm so happy. I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before."

While her music career is on the backburner these days, Osbourne has been focusing more on her fashion work. She is currently the co-hostess of E!'s weekly program "Fashion Police."
