It was recorded by the country group Rascal Flatts, who released it in January 2009 as their twenty-third single, and the first from their upcoming sixth album, "Unstoppable".

I have listened to this song so many times. Everytime I hear it, I think of my grandma and about how she died after she said goodbye to me. It makes me cry. Glad to know I am not the only one who cries over this song. I cry everytime.
