"Helena Beat" Video Review
Foster The People's huge breakout song, "Pumped Up Kicks", now has a worthy successor, bearing the name "Helena Beat".
The anthemic song has an post-apocalyptic themed music video, directed by Ace Norton, where some angry, deranged kids trick the band members and force them to succumb to some kind of shamanic and frankensteinian experiment.
Mark Foster stated in an interview that the director combines the concepts behind "Lord of the Flies" with "Mad Max". It's certainly worth wathcing.
