Harry Styles Only Has Good Things to Say about Naughty Ex Taylor Swift

Earlier this year, Harry Styles and Taylor Swift ended their short-lived relationship but neither of the two artists discussed their split publicly.

But the "One Direction" member finally broke his silence on the subject in a recent interview with the London-based radio station Capital FM.

First, he assured his fans that their extraordinary interest in his love life is totally fine and he is not at all surprised why people would want to know about it.

"I understand why people would want to know stuff like that, I get it. If someone does stuff like that then I want to know about it, too. I guess it just kind of... It is what it is, I guess," he said.

Swift's use of British accent during her performance of "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" at the recent Grammys was widely assumed as a post-breakup taunt by her to insult Styles. Instead of being offended by it, the 19-year-old Brit says he has no hard feelings.

"She's a great performer and she always performs great. She's always good on the stage. She's been doing it a long time. She knows what she's doing on stage. It was just another good Taylor Swift performance. It was good," he added.

The former romancers' paths are likely to collide at tomorrow's BRIT Awards ceremony but Styles says that he isn't worried about that potentially awkward situation.

"I'm not worried about seeing her at all. She's a sweet girl, you know, I don't have a bad word to say about her," the "What Makes You Beautiful" crooner said in a separate interview with Grazia.
