Goofy Grammy Crasher Set for Court Hearing

The man who tried to ruin Adele's big moment last Sunday now faces legal consequences of his actions. Goofy Grammy Crasher Set for Court Hearing

Vitalli Sediuk, the man who tried to crash the 2013 Grammy Awards ceremony on Sunday, will have to face legal consequences of his actions.

The goofy-looking invader jumped on stage without permission when Adele was approaching Pitbull to accept the award for the Best Pop Solo Performance. He was kept away from the British superstar by co-presenter Jennifer Lopez and was later on arrested.

Sediuk, who is a host for a Ukrainian TV program, actually has a history of acting in bizarre manner around celebrities and he does these things on purpose to gain attention. Last year, he tried to kiss Will Smith at the "Men in Black 3" premiere in Moscow and was rightly slapped by the Hollywood actor for doing so.

He was taken into police custody as soon as he left the stage on Sunday but was released the next day after posting bail of $5,000.

When E! News approached Sediuk for a comment on what actually happened, he said: "Oh my god, I feel like Lindsay Lohan. I didn't ask people where I can get inside and what is the direction, so I just followed people. So the person I followed was Katy Perry and people actually directed her all the way to the front row."

He further added: "Grammys is huge, it's like Oscars, like three hundred security, policeman and stuff like that and it was easy to come in. I really didn't think at that point that I'm doing something illegal because I don't have documents with me that I'm supposed to be here at the event, but I was excited."

He will now have to explain his stunt to an LA magistrate on March 4.
