"Get Sexy" is the twenty-fifth single to be released by pop girl band Sugababes, released as the lead single from their upcoming seventh studio album. The single is produced by The Smeezingtons.
The song's chorus is an interpolation of Right Said Fred's 1991 hit single "I'm Too Sexy".
The video features Amelle in a bird cage, Heidi in a metallic room full of light beams and Keisha posing on a couch, while during the chorus, the girls can be seen standing with chains around their wrists tying them together.
