Fiona Apple Makes Odd Speech Following Arrest During Concert (Video)

On Friday, Fiona Apple held a concert in Houston, Texas where she addressed her recent arrest with an odd and threatening speech. Fiona says the man who runs the jail was kind to her and a “decent guy”, and apologized for the attitude she gave him.

 However, her speech takes a turn for the worst when she discusses the treatment she received from four workers at the jail. She says they treated her poorly and her concert following the arrest was the perfect  opportunity to let them know that she is more than ready to reveal their identities should they cause any trouble.

She explains, "There are four of you out there, and I want you to know that I heard everything you did, I wrote it all down with your names and everything you did and said, stupidly thinking that I couldn't hear or see you. I then ripped the paper up, but not before I encoded it.”

As we reported earlier this month, Ms. Apple was arrested in Sierra Blanca where her tour bus was searched and found to contain hashish and marijuana. She was detained at Hudspeth County Jail.

No doubt the speech was rather odd, but hey, let that be a warning to everyone; do not mess with Fiona Apple.
