"Feels Like Home" Video Review
"Feels Like Home" is the follow up from the number one "Thunder In My Heart" from commercial house maestro Meck AKA Bimbo Jones. Scrapping Lee O Sayer in favour of a sample from Felix's 90's club classic "Don't You Want Me", Meck then combines this with a turgid rock/house vocal to create a totally uninspiring dance track that will more than likely make most discerning clubbers leave the dance floor and possibly the venue. Guitars on dance tracks are probably best left to the likes of LCD Soundystem at the best of times but when they are combined with a sample this obvious and a vocal delivery flatter than a pancake then we are heading into some seriously dodgy territory. If Meck "Feels Like Home" he should probably stay there until he comes up with a better record...
