"Feel Together" Video Review
Ben Macklin is fast becoming one of the hottest young UK producers around and is about to receive the recognition he deserves, due to his soon to be massive first solo single ‘Feel Together’.
Based around the clever use of a snippet from Culture Club’s ‘Victims’, ‘Feel Together’, with it’s edgy but funky production, gained the attention of Radio 1’s Pete Tong as long ago as February. Judge Jules followed up by declaring it his ‘Tried & Tested’ record of the week during the summer. Annie Mac has also been a solid supporter on her Radio 1 show.
‘Feel Together’ features the vocal talent of Denmark based Tiger Lily – a true diva in the making, who’s dramatic but immaculate vocal delivery compliments Ben’s quality production values.
The remix package is to die for too: Tom Novy/Eddie Thoneick and Lifelike all provide their take on proceedings with support from djs as diverse as Steve Lawler through to The Shapeshifters to name but a few.
Not content with resting on his laurels, Ben has been busy remixing for some of the world’s leading dance labels and somehow also finds the time to run his own Arkade and the Sucker dj label.
This is a busy boy indeed and certainly a man on a mission to become a name to remember and keep an eye on in the future.
