Eminem To Start Working On Solo Album Soon
Rapper Eminem has revealed his plans to make his way back into the recording studio for his own solo album soon. The '8 Mile' star shared the news with the New York City radio station, Hot 97, just last week as confirmed by Freep.
Talking with the radio station’s host Peter Rosenberg, Eminem says he is currently working on a few projects and his own record. "Well, right now, I'm actually finishing up everything up on the Slaughterhouse album and kind of getting into my next record a little bit, so that's basically the couple of things that I've been working on." Adding, "I'm starting to toy [with the next album], yes."
The last time Eminem released an album of his own was back in 2010. The ‘Not Afraid’ artist also released an album back in 2011 entitled Hell: The Sequel, where he collaborated with Detroit rapper Royce 5’9″ under the name Bad Meets Evil. The collection of tracks was named Recovery. The thirty-nine year old has since been busy working behind the scenes as an executive producer.
Eminem then gave listeners some details behind the rap group Slaughterhouse. "I really feel like this group, Hip-Hop needs this, man, and I think people are going to see that when this album comes out man." Are you ready for another solo album from Eminem?
