The official video for R. Kelly's "Echo" from his Untitled album in stores now! The song is great but what was the budget for the video? Pocket change and 2 apple pies from McDonald’s? It looks like it was filmed in one take in front of a green screen or something. Someone of R. Kelly’s caliber should be embarrassed to put out a video this cheap.
