It took a series of legal troubles, a sub-par album, and half a decade for Busta Rhymes to rediscover the mojo that earned him a spot on this list. But he did it. That's all that matters.

I imagine that's how Busta felt after spewing multi-syllabic bars at about 75 words/second on his latest single, "Don't Touch Me (Throw da Water on 'Em)." It signals a return to his lyrical form, while reminding us of the things that made Busta Bus a household name in the first place -- enthusiasm, energy, rage. Not even an insipid hook can ruin this certified banger.
