Demi Lovato Shares Release Date of New Song 'Heart Attack'

Demi Lovato has just announced that she will be releasing the first single from her next album on March 4.

The song named "Heart Attack" will be a part of the former Disney star's fourth studio album, which is set to come out sometimes in Spring 2013 but hasn't been given a title yet.

The 20-year-old singer broke the news on Twitter and then shared the link to a YouTube teaser clip of the track.

"My new single #HeartAttack available March 4," she tweeted.

The Suspex-produced song will be played for the very first time on Ryan Seacrest's radio program "On Air with Ryan Seacrest," after which it will be made available for digital download.

"For a while, I could tell that when people would talk to me, they knew my story. I think I've opened up more on this album. My life began to evolve and I started to grow. These are songs about the celebration of life and how rewarding it can be. This is what this album is about," Lovato said of her next disc in the trailer.

"Heart Attack" is believed to be a fast and lively tune and the "Skyscraper" crooner co-wrote it with Mitch Allan, Jason Evigan, Sean Douglas and Nikki Williams.
