"Come On Over" Video Review

Jessica Simpson has been working on her new country album for a while, and now we've got the first taste of her brand new single, "Come On Over," an uptempo down-home track.

The song was co-written by country music singer-songwriter Rachel Proctor, Victoria Banks, and Simpson herself. The single speaks of the narrator's paramore, who does not need to impress her with his appearance, and who is asked repeatedly to "come on over".

The music video for "Come on Over" was shot on June 19. It was directed by Liz Friedlander and was shot in L.A. Simpson is seen in the video in cowboy boots and shorts walking around a country town.

Commenting about her feeling on making the new clip Jessica wrote on her site, "I had so much fun making my video, I'm so glad y'all finally get to see it!"
