The release of this new video will draw attention to their album 'Till The Casket Drops'... Clipse Release New Music Video 'Life Change' from their Third Album

Virginia based hip-hop group Clipse have released a new video for their track "Life Change" which is taken from their 3rd and latest album "Till the Casket Drops". The video features Pharrell Williams who collaborated with the duo for this song. It is not a happy scene. The music video shows sad and regretful scenes which occur in some people's lives. It shows a man being arrested and jailed. It shows the encounters with police.

"Till the Casket Drops" was released in 2009, and features the N.E.R.D member.

Clipse said about Pharrell Williams, "He came through with the clean sweep at the end. We were basically like, we want hip-hop on steroids. We in a good space, we want that energy, we want that [feeling like] the first Clipse album. It was raw, a little bit more uptempo. It was hip-hop on steroids."

Clipse started out in 1992 by brothers - Gene and Terrence Thornton - calling themselves Malice and Pusha T. They were born in the Bronx, NY City in the seventies, and grew up in Virginia. In 1992 they originally started the group Jarvis, and when introduced to Pharrell Williams their music career started to rise. Williams eventually was able to help them secure a recording contract with Elektra Records in 1997. "Exclusive Audio Footage" was their debut album, produced by Williams' group The Neptunes.

In 2001, Clipse released their commercial debut album with Arista Records - "Lord Willin'". It opened at the number one spot on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-hop Album chart, and only one month later "Lord Willin'" was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

A few years later they released their second album "Hell Hath No Fury", but it achieved only moderate success. Their third album "Till the Casket Drops" also only achieved moderate success, but the release of this new video will draw attention to their album. In April 2010, Malice and Pusha T announced that they will begin work on their solo careers.
