Chris Brown Purchases Pimped-Out Pad in Hollywood

Chris Brown may be currently licking his self-inflicted wounds after yet another public rant (this time even going so far as to delete his Twitter account), but at least he’s doing it in style.

Brown’s Hollywood Hills home consists of three bedrooms and bathrooms, an elevator and a two-car garage. Other amenities include a two-story living room, a lavish Italian-style kitchen, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. At 1.6 million, the 2,473-square-foot mansion cost the F.A.M.E. singer a pretty penny.

Brown decided to purchase the new home after multiple noise and parking complaints from neighbors at his old home in West Hollywood caused him to move out. Apparently Brown would repeatedly park in handicapped parking spaces, thus racking up tickets, fees—and sour neighbors. His lawyer, Mark Garegos, quickly got those fees dismissed.

Said Garegos to RadarOnline.com, “This is a much better fit for Chris. He won’t have to deal with pesky, nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house.”

“Chris still owns the condo, but is involved in litigation now because of the various issues he encountered while he lived there,” added Garegos.

Ex-girlfriend Rihanna is also making moves in the real estate arena. She recently put her 8,500-square-foot home up for sale at $4.5 million.

Here’s hoping that Brown’s new bachelor pad calms him down.
