Chris Brown Lectured By Judge for Using Marijuana
R&B superstar Chris Brown was on the receiving end of some tongue-lashing in court earlier this week for his use of marijuana.
The 23-year-old singer is serving a five year probation resulting from his infamous assault of 2009 on his then-girlfriend Rihanna. He was recently called back in court for the reassessment of his community service hours on the successful petition of Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray.
A drug test detected traces of marijuana in his system during his court hearing in Virginia and while Judge Patricia Schnegg couldn't punish Breezy for this misdemeanour (as drug testing wasn't a part of his probation terms), she made sure that he got an earful from her.
Schnegg said: "You are not an ordinary person who can sit in your living room and do whatever you want to do. More importantly, a lot of people look up to you, a lot of kids. What you do and what you say impacts a lot of people."
The "Look At Me Now" crooner had committed the assault in California and TMZ reports that Schnegg has now decided to send the case back to its original jurisdiction. His next court appearance will be on November 1 when his probation record and violations will be reviewed.
The legal consequences of his felony are still chasing him even though he made his peace with the victim a long time ago. In fact, RiRi now openly supports Brown in his legal problems as apparent with this tweet of hers: "I'm praying for you and wishing u the best today! Praying for you baby, my best wishes are with you today! Remember that whatever God does in our lives, it is WELL DONE!!! #1Love."
Brown then replied: "Thank u so much," before telling his Twitter fans: "I love you team breezy. I appreciate all the dedication you guys show at all times. Glad to inspire positive change. I love all the fans and supporters. Back to work. 'Don't judge Me' video is ready. Coming soon."

American taxpayers are being forced to pay $40 Billion a year for a prohibition that causes 10,000 brutal murders & 800,000 needless arrests each year, but which doesn't even stop CHILDREN getting marijuana.
After seventy years of prohibition, it's obvious that the federal marijuana prohibition causes FAR more harm than good and must END! Drug Dealers Don't Card, Supermarkets Do.
