Chief Keef Sued for Child Support – by Middle School Baby Mama
If you think All My Babies’ Mamas is the lowest point hip-hop culture can reach, think again. TMZ reported today that Chief Keef, already headed to juvenile detention for violating probation, owes child support to a girl who’s still in middle school.
The girl, who still attends a Chicago middle school, filed a petition, which claims the rapper fathered her child in 2011. The star who’s collaborated with Kanye West and other well-known performers was 15 at the time.
While not much is known about the girl, she’s suing him for an undisclosed amount of child support, which would cover health insurance and other costs.
This instance is just one of two instances in which the rapper’s been involved with the law lately. On January 17, Cozart received a 60-day sentence for violating probation. The original charge derived from pointing a gun at a police officer, and the conditions for his probation involved staying away from firearms.
Unfortunately, as part of a videotaped interview for Pitchfork, Cozart was seen at a New York gun range firing a weapon, essentially ignoring the court’s orders. Additionally, recent song “Love Sosa” was considered indicative of his character and used in the argument for his sentencing. In response, the rapper said: “My G.E.D. is almost complete. And the person people are trying to make me out to be is not who I am.”
