Brody Jenner Injured After Breaking Up Avril Lavigne Tussle

Punk princess Avril Lavigne apparently got in quite the scuffle last night in Hollywood. A scuffle which resulted in boyfriend, Brody Jenner to bleed from the forehead at the end of the night. The couple began their night with some fun at Chateau Marmont and later arrived at the Roosevelt Hotel, a known celebrity hot spot.

At some point during the night, close to 1am, Avril Lavigne was involved in an argument with another woman. The fight ended up getting physical and eventually Brody Jenner stepped in to defend his lady. His loyal gesture did end up causing him a little bit of pain, as somehow he got smashed over the head by a bottle.  

Ahh, the things we do for love. Hotel security got involved and the police were called in. Brody and a few others involved in the incident spoke to police. Apparently, Avril had fled the scene before the cops arrived. After speaking with police, Jenner was listed as a victim of assault with a deadly weapon. He was left with a gash on his forehead and was offered medical assistance, but refused and went to the hospital by himself.

He then took to Twitter saying “"Interesting Saturday night... Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.. Charges/chargers!!!".

No word has been released yet as to what caused the tussle in the first place. These things do tend to happen after a night of drinking, so maybe it was just a case of drunken anger. At least Avril knows her boy toy has her back. The two showed their love for each other last year when they got matching tattoos. Avril was inked with a lightning bolt and the number 30, and Brody copied by getting a lightning bolt inked under his ear.
