Bobbi Kristina Ends Engagement to Adopted Brother

Whitney Houston adopted a young boy named Nick Gordon years ago and raised him as her son, making him the adopted brother of Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina.  It was pretty shocking when, not long after her mother’s death, Bobbi tweeted pictures of herself holding hands with Nick while wearing an engagement ring.  It just took all of the drama and craziness of the situation to a new level.

Fortunately, a source is saying that the romance is cooling off and the pair have put their impending nuptials on hold indefinitely. 

The friend said: ”Bobbi and Nick really love each other. But they just can't figure out how they want to define their relationship. Bobbi felt like she got swept up in the moment because she was going through a lot of emotions after Whitney's death. But they're in love and still together, just not engaged.”

Clearly, Bobbi has been through enough this year and, with so much going on within her family (her father is Bobby Brown, afterall), I’m sure she just latched on to the closest person for comfort. 

Hopefully, the healing process can really begin and she can find peace within herself.
