Beyonce Releases Rehearsal Pics to Prove Super Bowl Performance Will Not Be Lip-Synced

Pop superstar Beyonce Knowles has released some fresh new pictures of herself rehearsing in a bid to prove that she will perform live at this Sunday's Super Bowl 47 in New Orleans.

The planned Instagram release of pictures, which show Bey in studios and preparing for her weekend's live gig, are being taken by critics as a move to erase or fade the memories of her recent lip sync scandal.

The 31-year-old singer infamously pretended to sing over recorded audios at US President Barack Obama's second inauguration ceremony last week and received heavy criticism for doing so.

It is not uncommon for Queen B's camp to leak photos of her at times when she is in the limelight for the wrong reasons. But while that tactic has worked effectively in the past, it seems that the intended results haven't been achieved this time around and the "Single Ladies" crooner's attempt to fool her audience last week is still pretty fresh in people's minds.

Meanwhile, there is still not much information about her Super Bowl half-time performance and it is unclear what kind of performance she will deliver at the event. Speculation is rife that she might show up with the rest of her Destiny's Child members and do a reunion but nothing has been confirmed yet. She is scheduled to face the media in a press conference later today and chances are that she might let go a few details then.
