"Better Run Run" Video Review
Hammer is taking a stance after Jay-Z rapped in Kanye West's track "I'm So Appalled" that "Hammer went broke so you know I'm all focused / I lost 30 mill so I spent another 30 / 'Cause unlike Hammer / 30 million can't hurt me." The lyrics refer to the stories that MC H. famously squandered a multimillion dollar fortune after reaching platinum-selling status with a string of hits back in the early '90s.
So, this means the birth of Hammer's latest video, which I might say, is not exactly a masterpiece. During the music video, the devil is seen as pursuing an actor playing Jay-Z and helping him with his rhymes. Hammer says he wants to prove that "Hell Boy" (his nickname for Jay-Z) actually worships the devil.
I don't know what this video does in fact prove, but in my opinion it only spouted out a poorly made diss track. But please, judge for yourselves.
